Last year, during the apex of the pandemic, Ottawa-based writer Amanda Earl contacted me to participate in an interview of women artists who make a practice of stitching words, employing a range of methods, and drawing from a variety of contexts. The interview is a companion piece to an anthology published by Timglaset (Falkmansgatan, Sweden).
